Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule Service and Installation work
- Dispatch and coordinate with customers
- Assist with all division tasks
- Invoice
- Contract reviewing
- Maintain Contract job files and all necessary documents
- Communicate and assist with customers
- Data Entry
- Inventory Control
Requirements:
- Must be competent with Microsoft office, excel, outlook, accounting software
- Previous experience in administrative position
- Ability to multitask
- Strong Organizational skills and quick learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, goal driven, requires minimal or no supervision
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass Pre-employment drug screen and background check
