Compensation
Pay Range: $125,000-$150,000 Per Year

Position Overview:
Our Charlotte-based client is seeking a full-time IT Technical Specialist.
This hybrid role involves leading data engineering initiatives, managing a team, and working with modern data technologies.
The position requires proficiency in cloud services, data pipelines, and database management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of data pipelines using modern technologies.
Drive cross-functional data initiatives from requirements to delivery.
Set best practices for data modeling and platform governance.
Manage a team, focusing on performance and career development.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8-10 years of IT experience with a focus on data engineering and databases.
Proven experience in managing technical teams.
Strong programming skills in a modern language and SQL.
Experience with cloud services and data platforms.
