Talent Recruitment Partner, Professional Services (Hybrid)

About the Role

As a Talent Recruitment Partner, you will work closely with our project management and sales teams to identify, qualify, and match top talent to our clients' needs. In this role, you will lead recruiting efforts across a variety of learning and development initiatives while helping grow and maintain TTA's network of highly skilled professionals. You will play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with meaningful client opportunities and ensuring a strong match between expertise, project needs, and organizational goals.

What You'll Do

• Source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates for client roles and project requests across a variety of learning and development disciplines
• Build and maintain a strong network of learning and development professionals through ongoing relationship building and engagement
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by maintaining clear communication and ensuring timely follow-through on all recruiting activities and candidate updates.
• Maintain accurate talent profiles and candidate records within internal systems
• Engage with existing talent to understand availability, experience updates, and alignment with current client opportunities
• Evaluate and qualify candidates to ensure strong alignment with client needs and project requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams to facilitate efficient hiring decisions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified L&D professionals aligned to anticipated client demand

What You'll Bring to the Role

• 5-7 years of recruiting experience placing talent in contract or consulting roles within a professional services or staffing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to achieving recruiting goals
• Clear and professional communication across phone, video, and written channels
• Exceptional attention to detail in managing candidate information and recruiting activities
• Experience utilizing multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks, to build candidate pipelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
