Job Title: SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant
Work Location: Hershey, PA
Duration: 6 Months
- Years of experience needed: 15+ years
- Must-Have skills for the role: SAP HCM payroll USA and Canada, SAP Time Management Positive and Negative, PCR's and Schema skills
- Nice-to-have skills: Integration with SuccessFactors to SAP on premise, Replication, Experience in Mexico Payroll
Responsibilities:
- Support SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management (Positive and Negative), configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.
- Handle high-priority incidents and effectively manage the incident queue.
- Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution for configuration and change requests.
- Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
- Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications for system enhancements and custom developments.
- Work closely with ABAP HR technical team and integration teams for enhancements.
- Adhere to project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.

Resource needs to be local? Preferably yes. Clients would like the resources in Eastern time zone.

Education needed for the role: Batchers Degree (Computers) or Above
Chances of extension? Possible yes. Depends on clients' demands.
