Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, on-site role based in Glendale, WI, supporting the CEO and executive team in driving strategic and operational priorities. This role coordinates cross-functional initiatives, ensures alignment on company objectives, and helps translate strategy into clear action plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing executive calendars and priorities, preparing and reviewing presentations and reports, and facilitating effective leadership meetings and follow-ups. The Chief of Staff will track key performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to processes and communication. This role also supports special projects, assists with stakeholder communications, and serves as a trusted advisor and sounding board to leadership while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• Strategic planning and business operations skills, including the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Project and program management capabilities to lead cross-functional initiatives, set timelines, manage resources, and track progress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level correspondence, presentations, and internal stakeholder updates.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions that support growth and efficiency.
• Relationship-building and collaboration skills to work effectively with executives, managers, and frontline team members across the organization.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Glendale, WI, with a hands-on approach and comfort in a production and hospitality-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, or senior operational role; experience in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, project management software, and basic data analysis tools).
