Construction Project Manager: Budget & Schedule Leader

Capstone Communities

Capstone Communities seeks an experienced leader for its Project Management team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will guide projects from preconstruction through to close-out, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budgets. You will collaborate closely with teams to develop efficient project designs and manage client interactions. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, at least 5 years of experience, and proficiency with industry tools.
