Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients, fostering an environment of safety and support.

• Diagnose mental health disorders using standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on a thorough understanding of each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
