Job Highlights
- Become part of a supportive and experienced team of three Board Certified Urologists.
- Work at a 280-bed community hospital affiliated with a major university, featuring Epic EMR, Abridge Ai Scribe, and the XI Davinci robotic system.
- Participate in on-call duties one night each week and one weekend each month.
- Compensation package includes a base salary along with incentives based on productivity and quality metrics.
- Comprehensive HR benefits encompass paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, 7 weeks of PTO/CME, and a recruitment incentive package of up to $125,000.
