Compensation: $275,000+ salary with a significant annual bonus opportunity tied to performance The Opportunity GROWMARK is seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead GROWMARK FS (GFS), a multi-state retail business serving customers across the Northeast. In this role, you'll have full accountability for performance, profitability, and long-term strategy—while leading a complex, high-impact organization and partnering closely with GROWMARK executive leadership.

What You'll Do

Set and execute the strategic vision and business plan for GFS Lead, develop, and align a high-performing leadership team Drive financial performance, growth, and operational excellence Partner across the GROWMARK system to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities Use data, KPIs, and market insights to guide decision-making and performance

What We're Looking For

Proven executive leader with the ability to set vision and lead through execution Strong presence with the ability to influence at the executive and board level Highly collaborative – able to build relationships across field teams and corporate leadership Strong financial and business acumen with experience leading large, complex operations Background in agriculture, with a strong understanding of agronomy and sales
