• 8+ years of professional or business experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with people by phone or online
• Able to work independently and manage your own activity
• Open to learning new systems and digital marketing methods
• Motivated by results rather than a fixed hourly structure
• Must have current authorisation to work in the United States
