This is not an employment role. Private Markets Associates operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process. What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Approved Private Markets Associates May Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary opportunities across private market strategies Provide high-level context on assets, businesses, structures, and investment rationale Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners Support early‑stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts handle modeling and underwriting) Help advance opportunities through the early stages of the deal process Private Markets Associates are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising. Eligible Opportunity Types Based on approval, Private Markets Associates may submit opportunities across: Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed‑use) Private equity and growth equity transactions Operating businesses and special situations Structured, opportunistic, or thematic investments Opportunity categories are approved based on experience, judgment, and sourcing credibility.
