Project Specialist/Teacher II (AP27-003) Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) invites applications for the position of Project Specialist/Teacher II. Responsibilities Prepare developmentally appropriate lesson plans, including instruction during family‑style dining. Implement the adopted curriculum, manage classroom behavior, and individualize child instruction. Conduct screenings and assessments, maintain records, schedule and complete home visits/parent‑teacher conferences. Obtain and manage child outcome data. Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Tier 1: Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education. Tier 2: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education plus coursework equivalent to a major and at least two years of experience teaching infants, toddlers, or preschool‑aged children; currently enrolled in a qualifying, degree‑seeking baccalaureate program. Salary – Based on Experience Teacher I (Tier I, Bachelor or higher): 0 Years: $3,578.01
