Senior Benefits Specialist

C Evans Consulting is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to support FHFA’s Reasonable and Religious Accommodation program. The selected candidate will support the Agency RA Coordinator with accommodation case tracking, intake support, document preparation, interactive process coordination, reassessments, appeals support, ergonomic requests, equipment tracking, database updates, and shared folder/document management. Required Qualifications: Direct Reasonable Accommodation, Religious Accommodation, EEO, ER/LR, federal HR, or sensitive case-management experience; ability to manage confidential medical/disability-related information; strong writing and documentation skills; ability to work independently once assigned; and willingness to support on-site requirements in Washington, DC. Preferred Qualifications: Prior federal agency or federal contractor HR experience at approximately GS-11 level or higher; knowledge of the Rehabilitation Act, ADA/ADAAA concepts, accommodation procedures, medical documentation handling, RA databases or trackers, shared folder management, ergonomic assessments, assistive technology, and audit-ready case files. #J-18808-Ljbffr
