Customer Success Manager

Freight Goalz is currently seeking to hire a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the retention and expansion of our customer base. We are in search of a motivated, professional, and diligent candidate with experience in the transportation industry who is eager to advance their career. Freight Goalz is a reputable freight provider, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Volume/Partial, and Expedited services. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking to onboard an individual who will drive growth through internal collaboration, external relationship management, self-directed learning, strategic analysis, and more. Qualifications A minimum of two years of professional experience working in a sales or account management environment specifically within the transportation industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs. Exceptional skills in communication, collaboration, organization, prioritization, negotiation, and both business and technical writing, enabling effective interaction and engagement with clients and team members. Demonstrated integrity of the highest standard, with a proven track record of success in roles focused on customer success, sales, and/or sales management, showcasing the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Outstanding interpersonal skills, characterized by the ability to work professionally and effectively with a diverse group of individuals, both within the organization and with external partners, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities Serve as an advocate and liaison for Freight Goalz clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Expand current customer accounts through ongoing relationship development. Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and client needs; cultivate a core book of business for consistent and repeatable sales. Develop and implement customer-level strategies with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive margins. Work collaboratively with operations and sales departments. Update CRM and reporting systems throughout the day to maintain accuracy in sales and volume metrics.
