Chief Development & Grants Leader (Hybrid Role)

The Children's Guild

The Children's Guild is seeking a Managing Director of Development to lead fundraising and grants operations. This hybrid role will focus on building relationships with donors and driving contributed revenue to support the organization's mission. The candidate will directly supervise the Grants Writer, develop fundraising strategies, ensure donor engagement, and represent the organization at community events. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in fundraising and excellent communication skills, this leadership role offers the chance to build a development team in the future. Ideal candidates will be based near Baltimore, MD, and have a strong understanding of the local philanthropic landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Children's Guild
