Home Health Aide
Full-time Opportunity with Family Support Care in Hamilton, OH

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Family Support Care in Hamilton, OH. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and light exercise
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the nurse and other healthcare professionals
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

Minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Home Health Aide or related field preferred
Ability to lift, bend, and transfer clients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients and families
