Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish)
First impressions are everything, and as our Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish), you will be the face and voice of Nation Security! We are looking for a high-energy, professional, and welcoming individual to run our front desk. In this role, you will greet visitors, manage incoming communications, and keep our daily office operations running smoothly. If you are an organized multitasker who thrives in a lively environment and loves helping people, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Roll out the red carpet: greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in both English and Spanish with a warm, positive attitude.
- Be the gatekeeper: promptly answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the right departments.
- Keep us secure: manage visitor sign-in procedures and make sure our office security protocols are followed to a T.
- Own your space maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Master the admin side handle scheduling, filing, data entry, and provide hands-on administrative support for our onboarding processes.
- Keep us connected coordinate internal communications and office logistics to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Team up to tackle extra projects and tasks as assigned to support the crew and smash company goals.
