• 17.50/hour with a high school diploma or Associate's Degree, pay increases to $18.00/hour at 6 months of successful employment
• 18.75/hour with a 4-year degree, pay increases to $19.25/hour after 6 months of successful employment

The Direct Support Professional position includes a $2000 hiring bonus:

• 500 paid out at 1 month of successful employment.
• 250 paid out at 3 months of successful employment.
• 250 paid out at 6 months of successful employment.
• 250 paid out at 9 months of successful employment.
• 750 paid out at 1 year of successful employment.

In addition, this position also receives a $200 longevity bonus at 1 year of successful employment, for a total of $2200 in bonuses within your 1st year. Compliance with 245D licensing rules, motor vehicle background check, and a valid driver’s license are required. Dependable/ reliable transportation.
