Project Director - Restoration/Construction Estimator

A Day in the Life of a Project Director As a Project Director at First Onsite, you play a pivotal role in bringing restoration projects to life from initial scope to successful completion. Using industry‑leading tools like Xactimate, you'll develop accurate scopes of work, detailed estimates, and preliminary budgets that create the foundation for project success. Partnering closely with Operations, you'll analyze field measurements, plans, photos, and material requirements, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of construction and restoration costs to drive exceptional outcomes. This role is ideal for a relationship‑builder with a proactive, service‑first mindset. You'll collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently, resolve challenges before they become roadblocks, and ensure financial performance stays on track. Through clear communication, sharp attention to detail, and a solutions‑focused approach, you'll help deliver high‑quality results while making a lasting impact for our customers when they need it most.
