ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS

Responsibilities Work with the Director of Admissions to administer admissions standards to achieve targets through a team of admissions representatives. Participate in the implementation of student recruitment strategies and the management of resources in order to meet performance expectations Provide on-going coaching and motivation of admissions representatives to achieve objectives by providing tools that encourage individual and team development as well as revenue and profit growth. Handle all phases of the admissions process and responsible for generating prospective student enrollments Along with the Director of Admissions, participates in the development and execution of both short-term and long-term student recruitment strategies at the Campus level. Organize orientation seminars, open houses, and student award days. Carries out supervisory responsibilities which include the following: planning, assigning, and directing work of subordinates; appraising their performances; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems Mandatory attendance at semi-annual graduation Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in related field and minimum two years of Admissions or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. People Responsibilities Directly supervises employees in the Admissions Department and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
