Acute Wound Healing Specialist We partner closely with clinicians to advance wound healing solutions. The specialist serves as a consultative wound‑healing expert and primary contact for hospital wound‑care decision makers, educating clinicians, driving adoption, expanding therapy utilization, and coordinating patient transition of care. Responsibilities Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products. Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings. Deliver sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management. Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities. Educate clinicians on product use, including in-service support. Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders. Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product introductions. Persuade stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products. Provide customer support and service. Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of the sales training program. Leverage company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking. Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums. Requirements Use of a personal vehicle for company business; must complete a pre‑hire motor‑vehicle‑record review and comply with Solventum’s driver policy. Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience, OR high‑school diploma/GED with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience. Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Current, valid driver’s license. Experience navigating complex selling cycles and new product introductions. Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas. Completion of a formal sales training program or experience using a CRM such as Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of sales quota attainment. Prior wound‑care or medical‑device sales experience. Established strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons). Excellent territory management and business‑planning skills. Outstanding data and analytical skills. Work Location Remote. Travel Field‑based role with up to 20% overnight travel (may vary by territory). Relocation Assistance May be authorized. Compensation and Benefits (US Only) The expected compensation range is $126,400 – $173,800, base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
