Guest Check-in Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Check-in Staff to join our team and provide outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience for all visitors at our establishment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for greeting them with a warm smile, processing their reservations efficiently, and addressing any inquiries they may have about their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed.
• Process check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Manage reservations and ensure the accuracy of guest information in the system.
• Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
• Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software related to reservations and check-in processes.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic financial transactions accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
