Job Responsibilities:- Recruit, evaluate, onboard, and manage regional dealers and retail partners.
- Support new store development, showroom setup, openings, and launch activities.
- Provide dealers with product training, sales support, merchandising guidance, and inventory planning.
- Monitor dealer performance, pricing compliance, inventory, and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and track competitor pricing, promotions, and channel strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand the dealer and retail network.
- Analyze sales and inventory data and recommend actions to improve sellthrough and profitability.
- Execute regional and national marketing campaigns, promotions, and instore activations.
- Maintain strong dealer relationships and resolve escalated customer or partner issues.
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 37 years of experience in territory, channel, or retail sales.
- Dealer, distributor, or retail partner management experience preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Consumer appliance, kitchen appliance, or durable goods experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and highly accountable.
