Docket Specialist

To ensure accurate tracking of critical deadlines and filing requirements, the full-time remote Docket Specialist will manage the firm's docketing system, support attorneys and paralegals, and maintain the calendaring database across various litigation matters. Key responsibilities: Support attorneys and paralegals in tracking deadlines for litigation matters Maintain and update the calendaring database, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional rules Prepare and electronically file time-sensitive legal documents with state and federal courts Required qualifications: Knowledge of state and federal court procedures, particularly in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Texas, Florida, and California 2+ years of litigation docketing experience at a law firm Proficiency in the federal courts' CM/ECF system and assorted state court filing systems Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred Ability to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends
