Responsibilities Provide member service and maintain the checkout area. Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services. Guide members on self‑service technology, process purchases, and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, arrange and organize merchandise, and keep a safe shopping environment. Assist with training new Member Frontline Services associates and deliver training on new technology. Ensure compliance with company security and safety practices and execute emergency response procedures. Document required records and logs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). Experience working with mobile retail applications.
