Senior Service Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage service contract renewal, conversion, and new opportunity pipeline across full sales cycle
• Engage customers before warranty expiration to support contract renewals and conversions
• Position service offerings based on uptime, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership
• Execute territory plans using CRM and quoting tools to track performance and forecast accurately
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination for customer delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or Master's degree with 0-2 years experience
• Sales pipeline management and revenue target achievement experience
• Foundational negotiation skills for pricing and service scope discussions
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel 10-15% overnight within assigned territory

Compensation: $85,280-$104,000 base; $109,280-$128,000 total target with sales incentive compensation
