Onsite Sr. Coordinator, Inventory Services

Avantor seeks an onsite Senior Coordinator for Inventory Services in Greenville, North Carolina to manage inventory operations, customer service functions, and purchasing activities supporting laboratory and production services across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of consumables, chemicals, and samples with accurate control and fulfillment of customer reporting requirements
- Conduct inventory monitoring, cycle counting, physical inventories, and related reporting activities
- Process customer orders, maintain service metrics, and track cost savings
- Support purchasing functions including back-order reporting, expediting, and records maintenance
- Utilize multiple computer systems (SAP, Citrix, inventory management platforms) to fulfill operational duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years inventory management, material handling, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in shipping, inventory, and/or purchasing operations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-referencing and inside sales experience strongly desired
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 hourly
