International Accounting Manager

International Accounting Manager Our client, a leading global private equity firm, is seeking an International Accounting Manager in their Boston office to support global financial operations across international entities. This is a high-visibility role focused on international accounting, consolidations, statutory reporting, month-end close, audit support, and financial analysis within a fast-paced global environment. This position will pay between 130-150K on a base salary Key Responsibilities Lead international accounting and reporting activities Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and consolidations Partner with Tax, Legal, FP&A, and external auditors Support statutory reporting, audits, and board-level reporting Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements Coordinate with global service providers and internal stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required; CPA a plus 6+ years of accounting experience Big 4 or large public accounting experience required Strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge Experience with multinational entities and foreign currency reporting Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience preferred Why Join?
