Incredible Food & Fun is looking for an energetic sales professional who enjoys building relationships and turning those relationships into lasting partnerships. If you're motivated by goals, love being out in the community, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales position. Success in this role comes from actively networking, visiting local businesses and schools, attending community events, making outbound calls, giving facility tours, and building long-term relationships that generate repeat group business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and community outreach
• Schedule and conduct facility tours for prospective groups
• Develop partnerships with schools, churches, youth organizations, nonprofits, sports teams, businesses, and community leaders
• Attend networking events, chamber functions, and community meetings
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow-up schedule
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
• Work closely with Operations to ensure outstanding event execution
• Help create marketing opportunities that increase awareness within the community

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience
• Professional presence with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting
• Strong planning, organization, presentation, and execution skills
• Self-motivated and goal driven
• Experience with CRM software preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable transportation required

Position Details
This is a full-time position requiring 45–55 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays. While the office is based in-store, much of the role involves field-based sales and community outreach. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
