Hiring Immediately Seeking candidates with 1+ year of recent scratch baking experience
NOW OPEN! Please walk-in for an interview with a manager Monday 6/1 and Tuesday 6/2 from 10:00am - 4:00pm or Wednesday 6/3 through Friday 6/5 from 9:00 - 11:00am or 2:00 - 4:00pm. We are located at 1600 10th St, Suite 22 in the Plaza del Lago shopping center in Wilmette, IL.

Who we are:
The Henry is a part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, an ever evolving and growing line of innovative concepts founded in 1998. The Henry is the greatest neighborhood restaurant and from the moment you step into the doors, the energy proves that to be true. Our menu is layered with a variety of elegant, yet casual dishes and the atmosphere is bursting with charm. We're hiring immediately!
What you'll do:
- Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant experience
- You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- You have an eye for detail and you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare bread and pastry recipes from scratch.
- Portion product and follow recipes.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean.
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
