About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Sales for the West Coast territory. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth and requires a high-performing, enterprise sales professional with a proven track record in the healthcare technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, identifying and closing new enterprise healthcare clients, and building strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers. This is a true hunter role, demanding the ability to manage complex sales cycles and present technology and service solutions that enhance clinical and operational outcomes. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a healthcare or clinical-related degree, and at least 5 years of successful enterprise healthcare IT sales experience. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in selling to large health systems, hospitals, or integrated delivery networks, and a demonstrated ability to exceed revenue and quota objectives. Experience in proactive prospecting, relationship development, and the ability to effectively communicate with both executive leadership and clinical decision-makers are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling healthcare technology, virtual care, digital health, AI, SaaS, or similar enterprise healthcare solutions, and be familiar with long enterprise sales cycles and multi-site healthcare organizations.
