ARC Group is currently recruiting a Tax Intake Specialist to join our client's growing Tax Resolution Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals and businesses seeking relief from complex tax issues while helping the internal team move cases forward efficiently. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, the Tax Intake Specialist plays a key role in building trust, gathering information, and qualifying leads for the Tax Advocacy team. Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally respond to inbound phone inquiries, providing a positive first impression
• Assess caller intent and determine qualification as a prospective client
• Manage and follow up on leads generated via web submissions and after-hours inquiries
• Work from call queues to meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
• Prioritize outreach efforts based on the company's lead engagement strategy
• Conduct concise, scripted interviews to evaluate client eligibility and needs
• Maintain control of the conversation while building rapport and trust
• Seamlessly transition qualified leads to the Tax Advocacy team for further engagement
• Redirect non-qualifying inquiries to appropriate internal contacts
• Accurately document conversations and update client records in the CRM system
• Perform additional administrative or client service duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a business office, call center, or client-facing role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and note-taking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
