Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of Non-destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics. This role will have domestic travel requirements to visit customers and will sit remotely.


As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within assigned geographical area.
• Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages.
• Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews.
• Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business.
• Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, developing new opportunities and managing customer relationships.
• Working with Application Engineers to qualify the opportunity, developing deal strategies and becoming the technical solution of choice for the customer.

Required Skills & Experience
- Large capital equipment sales experience
- Knowledge of Avionics, Electronics, Space, or Defense industries
- Experience with deals greater than 750k USD
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Highly motivated
- Self-starter mindset
- Highly organized


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Radiographic Testing sales experience
- Automotive/ Electric Vehicles industry knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in non-destructive testing
