Dynamic Utilities Administrative Specialist II

Town of Jupiter

Town of Jupiter seeks an Administrative Specialist to provide secretarial, clerical, and financial support for the department. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, process invoices, and assist with budgeting and payroll documentation. This on-site role requires strong data handling, confidentiality, and customer service when interacting with the public and vendors.
