Hybrid Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Location

Hybrid role based in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA, with an initial on-site training period followed by a flexible hybrid schedule.

This role requires at least 1 year of litigation experience, active California Bar admission, and the ability to complete an on-site training period in Westwood.

Job Description

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams
• Manage an active caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment
• For senior associates, mentor junior attorneys and gradually lead case teams

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active and in-good-standing California Bar license
• 1+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Confident verbal communication and client-facing ability
• Lemon law or personal injury exposure is a plus
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus
