Business Analyst

This role is central to a large-scale, public-cloud-focused program that modernizes applications across daily operations, financial platforms, and core business applications. The position requires a professional who can track, report on, and communicate the progress of the entire portfolio of work related to the cloud strategy. The ideal candidate will provide a holistic understanding of cloud initiatives, create reports and presentations on successes and challenges, and function as a blend of a Business Analyst and Project Manager, similar to an Agile Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution against the cloud modernization roadmap.
• Increase organizational transparency and adoption of cloud initiatives.
• Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes for applications moving to AWS.
• Support the execution of the cloud modernization roadmap through process clarity and dependency management.
• Partner with IT, engineering, security, finance, and operations to ensure aligned workflows.
• Create and maintain process artifacts, standards, and playbooks.
• Develop dashboards to report on progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Translate technical achievements into business outcomes and value for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with basic business intelligence dashboarding.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and public cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A background that combines Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Experience documenting complex enterprise workflows.
• Ability to operate effectively between business and technical teams.
