Project Manager – Roofing & ExteriorsR3 Roofing & Exteriors Starting Salary: $65,000 Benefits: Healthcare included Performance Review: Annual Compensation Growth: Based on performance, reliability, ownership, and increased responsibilityPosition OverviewR3 Roofing & Exteriors is seeking an organized, responsive, and highly accountable Project Manager to oversee residential exterior projects during active construction.This position serves as a key point of contact between homeowners, field personnel, crews, sales, and production. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping active projects moving forward, monitoring quality, addressing concerns, coordinating field activity, and resolving issues before they become larger problems.This role is focused specifically on active project execution and customer experience, rather than estimating, accounting, or administrative closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple active roofing, siding, gutter, window, and exterior projects simultaneouslyMonitor project progress, crew activity, delays, material needs, and jobsite concernsMaintain clear and timely communication with homeowners throughout active constructionCoordinate with Field Managers, crews, production, sales, and office staffReview CompanyCam photos, checklists, and project documentation for quality and completionIdentify workmanship, cleanup, property-protection, or documentation concerns and ensure they are correctedCoordinate site visits, inspections, material needs, repairs, and other field-related tasksRespond quickly to project issues and follow them through resolutionMaintain accurate communication and documentation within company systemsEscalate concerns appropriately when additional authority or expertise is requiredHelp ensure every homeowner receives a professional, positive experience throughout constructionIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Is highly organized, responsive, and dependableTakes ownership and follows throughCommunicates professionally with homeowners and team membersCan successfully manage multiple projects and prioritiesRemains calm and solutions-focused when challenges ariseHas strong attention to detail and qualityIs comfortable holding others accountable for assigned responsibilitiesHas strong computer and digital communication skillsWorks well independently and as part of a teamExperience in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, residential construction, or exterior remodeling is strongly preferred.
