Our Project Coordinator role is designed for upcoming or recent college graduates who want a professional business career not just a job. You'll work directly with our sales team, contractors, and manufacturers to help supply the electrical materials that power schools, hospitals, office buildings, and major construction projects. This is a customer-facing, team-oriented position where you'll learn operations, logistics, project management, and relationship-based sales inside a growing electrical distribution company. You won't just be doing paperwork you'll be helping manage real construction projects from order to installation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and manage priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upcoming or recent college graduate (Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Communications, or related field preferred)
• Internship, campus leadership, athletics, or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Working Conditions:

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment with time spent on the production floor.

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate orders and delivery of electrical materials for commercial construction projects
• Communicate with contractors, customers, and vendors regarding timelines and product availability
• Maintain shipping schedules and provide regular updates to customers
• Work closely with our Outside Sales team to support customer relationships
• Arrange deliveries from vendors to our warehouse and final shipment to the jobsite
• Accurately process and bill material shipments
• Collaborate with industry partners to resolve project challenges
