Maryland Licensed Tax Manager

Seeking a Maryland Licensed Tax Manager, the full-time remote position will manage corporate tax compliance, planning, and advisory while directly preparing and reviewing tax returns and provisions. Key responsibilities Prepare and review federal and multi-state corporate income tax returns, extensions, and estimated tax payments Own the quarterly and annual income tax provision process, including current and deferred tax calculations Coordinate with external tax advisors and manage their work to ensure quality and timeliness Required qualifications 5-8 years of corporate tax experience, preferably with both Big 4 public accounting and in-house experience CPA required; MST or JD is a plus Deep expertise in U.S. federal and multi-state income tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provisions Experience with tax implications relevant to SaaS or digital health business models Proficiency with tax compliance and provision software and ERP systems
