About This Role As a Project Development Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing project documentation, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk identification, directly contributing to our climate‑friendly innovation in fields like AI. You’ll work closely with the development team and various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and the smooth progression of initiatives. What You’ll Be Working On Documentation Management Organizing, managing, and updating project‑related documents to ensure version control and accessibility. Meeting Coordination Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes to drive accountability. Project Reporting Preparing dashboards, project reports, and status updates for the development team to visualize progress. Financial Controls Maintaining project budgets, identifying potential cost overruns, and meticulously tracking expenses. Action Item Tracking Recording and monitoring project action items to ensure no task falls through the cracks. Risk & Roadblock Analysis Analyzing risks and opportunities; collaborating with Technical Project Managers to identify and remove operational roadblocks. Stakeholder Communication Communicating project updates effectively to various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. What You’ll Bring to the Team Education Bachelor’s degree required. Experience 5+ years of experience in project coordination, controls, or management. Judgment Demonstrates a high degree of foresight and mature judgment in planning and guiding extensive projects of importance. Organizational Mastery Strong organizational skills essential for managing multiple tasks, schedules, and resources simultaneously. Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non‑technical teams. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily; requires constant use of arms, hands, legs, and back. Safety and Compliance This position is designated a safety‑sensitive position and/or is located in a safety‑sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required. Professional Mindset A team player with a "can‑do" attitude and a willingness to take on additional roles as the company grows. Bonus Points Direct experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Proficiency in advanced project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or Jira). Experience with budget forecasting and cost‑benefit analysis. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
