Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Patient Service Representative to join our team at Shady Gove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland. * Schedule: Monday through Friday (Tuesdays off) from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM and every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Two holidays per year required. * Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Patient Service Representative will: * Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information * Optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by assessing minimum patient needs and scheduling accordingly

• Schedule appointments
• Address customer/patient issues and insure effective short-term and long-term

resolution * Provide timely feedback to the practice regarding service failures or patient concerns * Consult with patients regarding their benefits, coverage and financial options * Greet patients and visitors to the office and providing high level of customer service What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience
• High School diploma required
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical

billing

• Experience working in an OB/GYN office is a plus
• Strong communication skills, independent worker, detailed-oriented, computer
