Construction Manager

Schedule: 7x10s — 10 hours/day, 7 days/week during turnaround We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the SAP01 Turnaround at Mosaic’s New Wales facility in Florida. This role will oversee field construction activities during a major turnaround and requires a strong background in sulfuric/phosphoric acid plant work, acid tower construction, and turnaround execution . The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing contractors in the field, monitoring manpower and progress, completing daily safety evaluations, maintaining construction reporting, and working within Mosaic’s site requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities during the turnaround Coordinate and manage contractors and subcontractors in the field Track contractor manpower, progress, and daily work activities Complete daily safety evaluations and ensure site requirements are followed Prepare daily construction reports and communicate project status Support acid tower construction and repair activities Coordinate work involving tower bottoms, tower distribution systems, and furnace/windbox repairs Work closely with project, engineering, safety, and turnaround teams Required Experience Strong experience in sulfuric or phosphoric acid plants Direct experience with acid tower construction, repair, or replacement Experience managing contractors and field construction activities Strong understanding of construction safety and daily reporting Ability to work a 7x10 schedule throughout the turnaround Preferred Background Fertilizer, chemical, mining, or heavy industrial environments Experience with Mosaic or similar large industrial facilities Experience with acid tower bottoms, tower distribution systems, furnaces, or windboxes #J-18808-Ljbffr Spencer Ogden
