Line CookAbout the RoleWally’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your craft, speed, and attention to detail to a premium hospitality environment known for exceptional food, wine, and guest experiences.What You’ll DoPrepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and care across multiple kitchen stations.Execute dishes during service with strong timing, precision, and attention to presentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station to support smooth kitchen operations.Follow proper food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and FIFO procedures.Communicate clearly with chefs and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.Support opening, closing, prep, portioning, and station setup standards.Contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture by assisting teammates when needed.What We’re Looking ForAt least one year of experience in a similar culinary or line cook role.Working knowledge of kitchen operations, equipment, prep methods, and service flow.Ability to work a variety of stations, including garde manger, pizza, fry, sauté, or meat station.Strong attention to quality, plating, timing, cleanliness, and food safety standards.A team-oriented mindset with clear communication and a positive attitude.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-volume service periods.Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.Why Wally’s?At Wally’s, we bring together world-class food, wine, spirits, and hospitality in a dynamic, elevated environment.
