Accounting Manager

Job Title: Accounting Manager AS Advisors Group is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager to support our Dublin, Ohio office. The role involves overseeing daily accounting operations and assisting the Controller with financial processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial data, maintaining internal controls, and supporting financial integrity. Our company, which includes Golden Reserve, LLC and AlerStallings, LLC, aims to transform the financial and legal industries through an integrated legal, tax, and financial services model, offering clients comprehensive, transparent, flat-fee solutions. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and additional paid holidays during Christmas and the 4th of July. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting functions such as accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings and maintain the general ledger. Administer payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Prepare financial statements and manage tax filings, including sales tax and audits. Support financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. Assist with investor relations by preparing financial reports for stakeholders. Minimum Requirements 7+ years of relevant accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Excel. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
