Job Overview This position is responsible for providing direct oversight of the CAPS front office operations and supervision of front office staff. The employee is responsible for oversight of ordering and reconciling payment for office supplies and services, establishing and maintaining relationships with various vendors, campus, and community partners, assisting staff with IT and Human Resources needs, maintaining licensure and other required certifications and trainings for providers and clinicians, and daily financial operations. Work Interactions Collaborating with other Georgetown departments to complete the business of the CAPS department (e.g., facilities, finance, UIS) as well as outside vendors. Supervising and working with the front desk staff regarding student needs. Collaborating with CAPS clinicians and psychiatrists to assist students in accessing services at CAPS. Requirements and Qualifications Highschool diploma or equivalent required. Preference for previous experience managing college mental office, as well as demonstrated experience working with the issues noted in the position description.
