HR Manager: Employee Relations & Compliance Leader

Astound is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Chicago, IL to partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation. You will conduct complex investigations, coach managers, and work with Legal on corrective actions while supporting a compliant, engaging workplace.
