Position Summary This is a full-time, on‑site position for a Marketing Associate at BK Management in Lafayette, Indiana. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to drive leads, increase brand visibility, and support leasing and home service growth across our portfolio. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on marketer who understands local service marketing, lead generation, and performance tracking — and enjoys working closely with leadership, leasing, and operations teams. Manage and optimize company websites and landing pages, ensuring strong SEO performance and conversion‑focused design. Create, schedule, and oversee digital content including blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive leasing leads, service inquiries, and brand awareness while managing budgets and ROI. Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with leasing, property management, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage online listings, reviews, and local search presence to strengthen brand reputation and visibility. Coordinate with third‑party vendors, photographers, designers, or freelancers as needed. Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices relevant to property management and home services. Perform other duties as assigned to support company growth and performance. Other marketing duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media management. Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and campaign performance measurement. Experience managing websites and CMS platforms; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team. Creative problem solver with a data‑driven mindset. Experience marketing local service‑based businesses, property management, or real estate is strongly preferred. Familiarity with AppFolio, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar tools is a plus. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for driving growth are essential!
