What You'll Work On Defending employers in single-plaintiff and complex class action employment matters Handling cases involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination Managing matters through all stages of litigation , including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Collaborating with a seasoned team of litigators on complex, high-value cases Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk mitigation What They're Looking For Licensed to practice in California Experience in employment litigation on the defense side Strong skills in legal research, writing, and motion practice Why This Role Top-tier clients and high-quality work that will challenge and grow your litigation skills A collaborative team environment where mentorship is a priority Clear and realistic partnership track for attorneys looking to build a long-term career Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $300,000 annually .
