Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Administrator:
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices and statements
• Maintain accurate payment records and supporting documentation
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Assist with month-end accounting processes and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Administrator:
• Accounts payable experience
• Experience reconciling invoices, statements, and payment records
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
