As Assistant Outlets Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation—bringing vibrant dining concepts to life and crafting unforgettable guest experiences. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years' F&B experience Hotel industry experience highly preferred Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader Must be able to work any shift on any day including weekends and holidays Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, or lift moderate amounts of weight. Experience using a POS system is preferred.
